100% Grass Fed and Finished Beef, Pastured Pork, and Pasture Raised Chicken; distribute Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon from Virgin Bay Seafood Company. Our beef is dry aged for 14 days, giving it an amazing hard to find high-end flavor and tenderness. Our pork is from Tamworth pigs, a heritage breed prized for its lean and fine grained pork. We offer winter and summer CSA shares, bulk meat packages, and individual cuts year round. Products may be purchased online, at weekly markets, or at our farm store.
