We are a certified naturally grown fruit and vegetable farm on the Cumberland Plateau. We deliver boxes of freshly picked fruits and vegetables to Nashville, Knoxville, Crossville and Oakridge, TN. We specialize in group CSAs such as Workplace CSAs, Home School Groups CSAs, Church Groups, etc. Please check out our different group CSAs and our host discount offers on our website, herbandplow.com. We also have several convenient payment plans for our CSA members.We grow over 50 varieties of fruits, vegetables and herbs. We use non GMO seeds, and natural fertilizers and sprays endorsed by the USDA Organic. Members receive a weekly newsletter with farm news and recipes.
